A small laboratory with only undergraduate students. From the name of the laboratory, people tend to think of it as a physics-based laboratory, but since it established in 1973, we have been conducting experiments in bichemical field.
We are conducting research through trial and error every day.

CONCEPT

We want to know how UV light affects cell function. UVA, which was thought to have the least effect on the human body among ultraviolet rays, has been found to damage the skin when exposed for a long period of time. However, the effects of UVA on cells are milder than those of UVB, so some are ambiguous and some are unclear. we would like to steadily proceed with research, observe cell reactions, and explore how UVA is involved in cell functions.
