  • Uncompress tar file
    >tar zxf ./CAB_align.tar.gz

  • Set path in ./CAB_align/cabalign.sh (exe="./****")
    >vi ./CAB_align/cabalign.sh

  • Execute Test Run
    >cd ./CAB_align
    >cabalign.sh d2cvba1.ent d2qdxa2.ent
